At Vintron World, we follow a strict and transparent policy to ensure fairness and avoid misuse. Below is the clear order of WHAT WE ACCEPT (YES) and WHAT WE DON’T ACCEPT (NO).
1.1 Return/Replacement is ACCEPTED ONLY IF:
Damaged Product on Delivery: Visible damage must appear in the unboxing video at the moment of opening.
Manufacturing Defect: A defect must be clearly shown in the unboxing video.
Wrong Product Delivered: If the model, color, or item received is different from what you ordered — proven via unboxing video.
1.2 Mandatory Unboxing Video (YES, Required)
A clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory and must show:
The sealed package
The shipping label
The full unboxing
The defect/damage at the moment of opening
Without this video, no claim will be accepted.
1.3 Time Window for Accepted Claims
All claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery. Claims after 48 hours are not accepted.
1.4 Replacement Process (YES, If Approved)
Customer sends the product back (customer-paid shipping).
Our team inspects the item.
Replacement issued after verification.
Replacement will only be sent after we receive and inspect the original product.
1.5 Refunds (YES, Only If Replacement Is Not Available)
Refund is offered only when the item is confirmed damaged/defective and no replacement unit is available.
Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval
1.6 Shipping Support (YES, Only If We Are at Fault)
If we confirm the issue is caused by us (wrong or defective product), we may cover:
Return shipping
Replacement shipping
2.1 NO Returns for Any of These Reasons
Change of mind
Found cheaper elsewhere
Don’t like the product/features
Ordered the wrong item by mistake
Product does not meet personal expectation
Compatibility issues with your device
2.2 NO Replacement in These Cases
No unboxing video provided
Product was used, installed, or tampered with
Physical damage occurred after delivery
Issue caused by customer setup or misuse
Battery backup complaints
Normal wear & tear
Missing items not recorded in the unboxing video
Claim after 48 hours
Product returned without authorization

Sale items
Promotional items
Clearance items
Bundles/combo offers
Anniversary Mega Sale product
Only exception: If damaged or defective during unboxing (with video proof).
2.4 NO Refund for Customer Mistake
Ordering the wrong item
Personal dislike
No longer needed, Product not matching external accessories, Missing unboxing video
Vintron World reserves full rights to approve or reject any claim, deny claims without unboxing proof, and make the final decision based on inspection reports. Our decision will be final and binding.
