Vintron World currently ships products only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain amount. This offer is automatically applied at checkout if your order qualifies.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3.2. Delays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In case of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for urban areas and 7-10 business days for rural or remote areas.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

6. Shipment Confirmation and Order Updates

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

7. Delivery Issues

7.1. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Vintron World is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7.2. Incorrect Address

Vintron World is not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

7.3. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@vintronworld.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s). We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8.2. Missing Items

If you receive your order and find that items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
