Vintron Anniversary Mega Sale – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all purchases in the Vintron Anniversary Mega Sale (“Offer”) operated by Vintron Future Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Vintron”). By placing an order under this Offer, you acknowledge and irrevocably accept these T&Cs in their entirety.

1. Campaign Duration and Administration
   1.1 The Offer is operative exclusively for a fixed period of ten (10) calendar days, commencing and concluding as per Vintron’s sole discretion.
   1.2 Orders submitted outside the designated Offer window are expressly ineligible for this promotion.

2. Offer Mechanics
   2.1 The Offer applies strictly to specified Vintron products (“Eligible Products”) available during the campaign period and is contingent on payment of the advertised campaign fee (“Offer Fee”).
   2.2 Campaign fulfillment is limited to an aggregate quantity of thousand (1000) Eligible Products across all SKUs; fulfillment shall occur strictly in the order of transaction completion as recorded by Vintron.
   2.3 In the event a customer’s order does not qualify for fulfillment due to campaign fulfillment cap being reached, said customer shall be entitled either to:
    (i) at customer’s explicit option, a lifetime-valid Vintron coupon of monetary value equivalent to twice (2x) the Offer Fee, for future use exclusively on vintronworld.com.

3. Benefits and Exclusions
   3.1 Each eligible customer is assured receipt of one (1) of the following:
    (a) delivery of the Eligible Product, subject to fulfillment cap; or
    (b) aforementioned coupon benefit.
   3.2 The Offer expressly disclaims any element of chance, sweepstakes, game of skill, or lottery.

4. Coupon Issuance and Redemption
   4.1 Coupons issued under this Offer:
    (a) are non-transferable and for single-recipient use only;
    (b) are non-redeemable for cash or other substitutes and cannot be utilized in conjunction with third-party or concurrent promotions;
    (c) shall expire solely at Vintron’s discretion and may not be renewed;
    (d) acceptance of coupon precludes entitlement to refund.

5. Product Delivery, Returns, and Warranties
   5.1 Products fulfilled under this Offer carry the standard Vintron manufacturer’s warranty applicable to the respective SKU as per published policy at vintronworld.com.
   5.2 Dead on Arrival (“DOA”) claims must be reported to Vintron within twenty-four (24) hours of product delivery for eligibility consideration.
   5.3 All warranty or replacement procedures shall be administered in accordance with Vintron’s standard documentation and process flows.

6. Customer Service and Communications
   6.1 All queries, complaints, or communications relevant to this Offer must be submitted via the chatbot on vintronworld.com or by email to support@vintronindia.com. No alternative customer service channels shall be entertained for Offer-related matters.

7. Fraud Prevention and Compliance
   7.1 Vintron retains absolute authority to void or refund any transaction, at its discretion, deemed to involve fraudulent intent, bulk ordering, or violation of these or any other Vintron policies.
   7.2 Any such determination by Vintron shall be final, binding, and not subject to challenge or review.

8. Limitation of Liability
   8.1 Vintron’s liability, whether in tort, contract, or otherwise, is strictly confined to:
    (a) fulfilling delivery of the Eligible Product; or
    (b) issue of the above-stated coupon.
   8.2 Vintron disclaims all liability for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, or similar damages arising from a transaction in this Offer.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   9.1 These T&Cs and all disputes or claims arising from or relating to them shall be governed and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of India.
   9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated at Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Modification, Suspension, and Termination
    10.1 Vintron may, at its unilateral discretion, amend, suspend, or terminate this Offer, or these T&Cs at any time and without prior notification.
    10.2 Such modification shall not diminish any assured benefit already conferred upon any eligible customer.
